Terms & Conditions

1.  All accounts are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel accounts at any time.
2. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
3. Minimum order: $100 (Orders under $100 will be charged a $20 service fee). Orders must be placed in writing by fax or e-mail.
4. Payment terms: 30 days net with approved credit (payment by cheque or e-transfer). Payment by Visa or MasterCard at delivery time. $15 charge on late payments to be added to next invoice. Accounts over 60 days past due will be assigned to a collection agency. Returned cheques will be subject to a $30 fee.
5. No returns without prior authorization from Rada Dancewear.
6. No cancellation accepted on special order items.
7. Non-conformity to orders must be brought up to the attention of Rada Dancewear within 2 weeks of receipt of order.
8. Shipping: FedEx Ground cost + $3 handling charge.
